Arriving at the main gate, you will be impressed by the villa’s extensive outdoor areas; well cured and with plenty of facilities for those who love open air and sporting activities.  The property is  a dream for outdoor entertaining.

The villa is a private paradise with a 20-acre park extending all the way to the shore line where peace, privacy, and relaxation are guaranteed.  Villa Ninfa del Lago is the perfect property if your goal is to spend time in a lap of luxury in one of the most beautiful places in Italy.  There is a private helicopter and Rolls Royce on site that can be used by guests (not included in the rental rate) allowing you to be dropped off or picked up from any destination. A descent to the lake boasts a small beach, private pool, golf course, and tennis court that complete the picture of this unique, on of a kind estate. The villa consists of a ground floor, decorated beautifully and fitting in its detail, like its geothermal floor heating system.  Villa Ninfa del Lago, with its sophisticated and elegant Italian style and flavor, with its 4 double king-size air conditioned bedrooms each boasting an en-suite bathroom, is perfectly suited to welcome any type of guest: honeymooners, families with children, or a group of friends looking to be spoiled in an idyllic lake front paradise. Under the patio by the entrance we have an outdoor dining table seating 8, with a lounge area with sofas and a wicker coffee table. The entrance of the villa leads into the main living room with a fireplace. One the left is an indoor dining table seating 8, with a sliding door leading out onto the garden.  To the left is the large, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, furnished with a small glass topped table seating 4, a gray marble topped working station with a 6-burner stove and oven, with everything required for efficient use.

The first double bedroom enjoys an iron canopy bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and beautiful finishes, and wood topped washbasins.  From here, you can walk through the laundry room to the gym, which can also be accessed from the outside. A flight of 16 steps brings you to the loft which boasts a children’s playground and an internet point. To the right of the main corridor are an additional 3 double bedrooms: a double bedroom with a large white headboard, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower box; a bedroom with twin beds, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower box; a master bedroom with a large iron bed, a large wardrobe, en-suite bath, and direct access to the garden in front of the pool.

Cottage

An independent guest cottage in a traditional country style décor. The cottage enjoys a bedroom with twin beds, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower box. It is also air conditioned.

Garden & Swimming Pool

The pool is 7m x 14 meters, situated in a 20-acre garden. There are sun lounge chairs set all around the pool and there is a pool house with a dressing room, a minifridge and a bathroom. There is also a small storage room.

Easy access through a private road to an ample parking area.

Individually controlled air conditioning and heating throughout, SAT-TV, DVD, Stereo, Wi-Fi internet connection, laptop, electronic safe and hairdryer in each room.
