PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

A Liberty-style building heavily influenced by Greco-Roman architecture. This deluxe villa was restored by renowned architect and pays homage to Italy’s Roman roots with elaborate painted ceilings, ornate mosaics and elegant marble floors. The villa was conceived by an Italian engineer in the 1910ties, who was involved in the development of the residential area called Quartiere Sebastiani later part of the prestigious Parioli district. The last details were completed in 1929. The Liberty style building, which has been much affected by the classical Greek-Roman architecture, is set over four floors with an additional annexe. In the beginning it was used as the primary residence of a wealthy noble Italian family.  

Today the villa has undergone a complete renovation in Art Deco style without compromising the external and internal original elements of décor, part of the building’s history. Inside the entire surface are enriched with marble, precious stones, rare amethyst wall panels and a large private collection of antiques and art works. The floors of the villa are reached by a stylish spiral staircase.

The lower ground floor is entirely dedicated to well-being and features a gym, pool, massage room and a hammam. The ground floor houses a fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are most of the social spaces including the dining room, library, breakfast room, entrance hall and a living room with a grand piano. The remaining two bedrooms are on the upper floor and both feature a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All guests have unlimited access to the rooftop terrace with a 360 degree panoramic view of Rome  with solarium, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and an alfresco dining area, furnished for relaxing and with a jacuzzi that encourage al fresco living.  

The villa is surrounded by a garden in Italian style.
